Totally agree. Top heavy with old, arrogant, rich white guys that do n-o-t-h-i-n-g to deserve these exorbitant compensation packages. Nothing. And jumping ship with $37+ million in EACH briefcase needs to stop also. That's highly absurd and clearly that is from a "by-gone era."

Business leaders normally do something besides sit around and wait for the next big lucky streak to come their way like some degenerate gambler would.

I also am enraged over the outrageous executive OVERcompensation. Much of it is from the Long Term Incentive program (LTI) which was taken from all employees below Director level years ago. Of course Directors and above still receive LTI bonuses. McAdam (McDumbass) makes more than $18 Million each year. I thought we wanted Millennials.... not 100 year old antiques. Why doesn't Diego suggest McDumbass retire? Why is Mead on the payroll... he announced retirement last year but we kept the idiot around to oversee the sale of our cell sites. Mead isn't capable of managing a lemonade stand. Idiots promoting Idiots. When we had Denny Strigl as CEO, he made sure everyone participated in the LTI program. McDumbass and Fran Shampoo decided to eliminate LTI for everyone below Director level. Ain't it great the worthless, outrageously overpaid got to keep theirs. And isn't it right they all get pay increases at more than twice the rate of the employees. YEP, I VOTED MY PROXY AGAINST ALL BOARD MEMBERS and AGAINST THE OUTRAGEOUS EXECUTIVE OVERCOMPENSATION PACKAGES. You should too. I hope McDumbass reads this and sees what his employees really think of him and his team of idiots.

True. True. They say the same thing about Veterans, even going so far as ringing the bell at the NY Stock Exchange, but all the Vets know that is definitely not true. Verizon is simply a company whose core competency is political correctness and H1B scamming.

They preach how great they are with women and their only women vp has the lowest base pay

Typical of today's telcom, top heavy with bloat, women and minority's constantly trying to justify their job and spending 90% of their time and effort at work doing that only...justifying.

Spending 5% of their time worrying about what they have forgotten about.

Spending the remaining 5% of their time on the clock actually contributing to the success of the business. Or not contributing.

Doesn't matter if it be 8-10-12 hour days. They can't get anything accomplished that matters.

They get mad and then discipline and intentionally fail other employees.

They want rewarded for the most meaningless perceived accomplishment.

It's embarrassing to watch these people here, as they feel validated when others fear them.

It's time for a change of leadership here, or maybe a name change like "Cluster-F*ck-Communications."

It is the way business is done today. The part that really gets me is they have no shame about what they do. They take care of their families for generations, while we try to just hang on. This points out the true enemy of the middle class.
