Thank You OP, My proxy package came today. When I was working (RIF'd Dec 2015), I ignored it or just voted the way the company told me to. This time I will complete it. TY for hints . whether it makes a difference, no it wont but I have the pleasure of doing it.

Don't need a bridge. And voting your proxy CAN make a difference. The Bell System retirees have done this in the past and got over 50-60% if the votes. It DOES make mgmnt take notice.
