AT&T is on a downward trend and this trend will continue until leadersgip gets their heads out of their butts. T-Mobile's service is coming up in line with Verizon's and AT&T's. Where Verizon is grade A, AT&T is grade A- and T-Mibile is B+ and rising quickly. For consumers it is really indistinguishable between the carriers, thus the consumer will go for a lower priced plan that offers a lot more data.
Who would have thought T-Mobile would be giving AT&T fits? Guess AT&T ain't the big dog ...

They are desperate for revenue, AT&T''s dividend is not at risk. OK, now that we have got that out of the way, I do want to discuss a further threat to The margins and by extension cash flows. As we all know, AT&T operates in a highly competitive wireless market and while wireless comprises 47% of the Company's revenues in the latest quarter, it is the primary driver of future profit growth (as well as capital requirements), inflated stock pice, thanks to the Wall Steet Kool-aid. ...Wont last
