Follett and the senior executives don't care about you. Look at the facts. I had many years in Follett and worked many longer hours to make my commitments only to be show the door two months ago. I didn't want to believe it but had no choice when I was the one being let go. Look at the facts, 1,000's laid off over the past 3 years - if you still work there your time will come too and you will have the same regret I didn't leave earlier. They don't care if you leave either by your choice or their choice as long as you leave.
Follett is divesting in its employees and investing in its acquisitions and dividends. Follett was a great company because of those that did the work from the lowest employees to the top - they all mattered.
