Stratton is the grim reaper. Last time that dude got on stage 8000 employees got canned.
I don't think something negative would be covered on a webcast by Stratton. At least they would not spin it as a negative. I still remember his national area / region reorganization webcast and everyone in the audience was so happy and excited, then right after the call ended, heads started rolling. Very sneaky.
