landline states? Or do they just layoff the people in the Q2 stating that these are "right to fire" states?
I guess landline IT will be eliminated in these states and vendors would play a big role in helping the management with that transition.

Not sure but they need to hire in the Verizon landline footprint. They have been forcing overtime for 9 straight months now, and no end in site. They really need to hire here at Verizon's landline.
