Last day was the Dec 31st, still haven't received severance. Is it normal to take thing long?

When did you fax your paperwork? If on or before 12/31 you should have received it last week. Check to ensure your benefits weren't cancelled, mine were.
Something is wrong. I got mine last Friday.
