What a mess. Might as well tear it down and start over from ground up. No one knows wtf is going on and idiot leadership thinks that requiring and monitoring Salesforce.com will equal more business. Reporting is totally useless since the field just puts what leadership requires/wants in it. appts/calls/etc.. Unrealistic activity levels has totally ruined a potentially great tool for sales. I will continue to do the blocking and tackling that has made me successful and if I get pip'd out for not filling out enough bs reports and being on conference calls so be it. The competition already wants my skills and "my" customers. I own the relationship, not VZ. Watch and see what happens when they continue to piss off the top producers. We know how to sell and that includes selling the competitions products and services! This is the worst I have seen it in 20+ years, and I am an hour glass half full type!

I'm a newly migrated WBG CP. I am NOT one of the crappy reps they moved over. They really screwed me up. My accounts are absolute garbage. I am concerned about being pip'd out for non performance. Not because of my effort but because of the crap accounts I am supposed to turn into gold. It's somewhat of a joke. I am feeling very insecure these days and I'm not sure what to do? I kind of want to apply for other jobs internally but I'm not even sure if I can? They moved me here without even asking me if it's something I wanted. I regret not pursuing a job in this org a year ago before this forced migration. Maybe, just maybe that would have meant more lucrative accounts that actually buy shit and a base pay raise! It's total bullshit how they positioned this as a promotion. Smh.
A total joke, wasted time spent on endless conference calls about nothing.
The execs and managers don't want the truth. They won't be able to get 8-digit compensation packages if you told the truth.
