Word on the street has been that Wireless is planning cuts to employees and or retail locations coming at the end of January. Does anyone have any actual evidence to support this? Or any inkling of when this news would be made to the public?

Wireless doesn't foot wireline bills.
Wireless is pretty much safe, wireline only has FIOS as an asset and posts losses all the time, let alone having a tm of union workers who won't agree to paying for their benefits while wireless foots the bill.
Time to start bringing the vaseline to work for bend-over-fridays.
VZW will start to get out of brick and mortar retail. THe growth is slowing and there is no need for company owned stores.
"Leadership" is pushing for big growth in online biz.. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the endgame there. More online=less stores
Hang in there everyone .... if you think you can last long enough to get 1/2 the severance your predecessors got.
There will be more cuts and they will look to low performing stores and reps in retail and b2b. When was the last time anyone visited a store? Walmart is even closing stores. That will affect the Indirect side of the house. Hang in there everyone, if Verizon decides to move forward, its for the best.
To the retail guy: buckle up.
I really do not think they are touching Retail
Telematics s group got laid off again last week
