WOW WBG is the Bernie Madoff of VZW. Extravagant spending for kickoff in luxury resort this past week yet the company has been told to cut spending and jobs to save money. Flying Account Reps all over the US...what a waste of money, its not like these people are any different from B2B sales as a matter of fact 1/2 of the newly moved WBG reps are "troubled" B2B folks that B2B wanted to dump, with HR issues that are books long. Who came up with this group?

Very true what the OP noted, 1/2 of the newly moved WBG reps are "troubled" B2B folks that B2B wanted to dump. I have noticed that most of the B2B folks moved over to WBG are poor performing sales reps.. Makesyou wonder.
Why bother with the whole "setup" why not just lay people off? Or is it so they can make life so miserable that they push people out or WBG layoffs won't look like VZW is laying off tons of people? So confused.
WBG is a set up. Folks transferred over will soon be axed. just sayin good luck
If you think sending emails after work hours is clever then you really are out of touch. Just like the OP stated it makes you look ineffiecent and indicates poor time management skills. Get with the program folks....
It's just business
B2B has been a money pit for VZ and only got worse with the purchase of MCI, then Terramark and Hughes Telematics. Lots of suits, lots of travel, lots of BS and showmanship = negative cash flow.
Funny that the WBG Folks didn't look into the past of some of these people. That certainly tells me that the WBG "leaders" are not too bright or business savvy.
