Please offer VZW employees packages to get the hell out. The tension, a$$ kissing is out of control-everyone is miserable; offer us something and I'm sure you'll see many people get the hell out!

Is the current mgmt severance being changed? If so, how can Vz justify being so greedy and heartless?

Why do we pay promos on top of promos to get a customer? Why not price the product appropriately and let it sell itself?

Do we think it's really bright to keep laying people off and doing re-orgs when we haven't even felt the impact of the Frontier departure?

When will there be a cleaning out of the upper echelon? If people at the lower levels made some of the decisions they've made, we would have been FIRED long ago.

Does it make sense to promo rep work from home projects but force mgmt into office spaces with no privacy or noise control? Has anyone considered the loss of productivity this has caused?
People are pissed and adopting the 9-5 mentality
The extra time that would have been spent commuting used to be extra work time
We now have work friends and spend a % of time "collaborating" throughout the day - hard to do when you're alone in a home office

My question: how much time will pass after the complete destruction of wireline and significant damage to wireless has occurred, before those surviving employees, both management and associates, hale low mac as a visionary, a Demi God? VZ will mount a comprehensive internal PR blitz thanking the "best people" a company could wish for. Pictures on the vz homepage will show Bob, wearing his hard hat, and myrtle in her business attire, both of whom work out of the Kurdistan center. The survivors writing comments on websites like this of how sad, but necessary the cuts had been. Glib idioms like "you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs" will abound. low Mac will appear on the cover of Forbes magazine, sitting in his office, regal, in control. A sign on the wall behind him unashamedly states "when you've got 'em by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow" To repeat my question. How long before the surviving VZ employees dump their fallen colleagues and hale low mac as a god?

Lowell - Ivan, your predecessor, understood VZ from the ground up and therefore was build a power house of a company. You, on the other hand coming in as management from the beginning, do not. How does it feel to know that and Fran have destroyed it in less than 4 years? While destroying thousands of people's lives and deviations shareholder value, you have made millions of dollars?
Can you tell us, both in percentage and dollars, the amount of the bonuses and raises being granted to upper level executives who are responsible for every bad decision that's been made over the last 2 years. As a follow up, approximately how many jobs could have been saved by this money?
With Apple now looking to build out a Fiber network to compete with Googles. Google and AT&T are expanding there Fiber network into major Cities in 2016. Why is Verizon abandoning theirs? Is this another genius play by Lowell McAdam? I'm concerned because all his moves have been failures.
