I'm tired of hearing comments here about how the company doesn't care about this or that section of the business, as if we just have to accept it, and that's that. This company HAS AN OBLIGATION to provide service to the public. The PUC's and PSC's have failed us all miserably in this area. Are these toothless watchdogs being duped by Verizon, or are they bought off?

The public are the ones who were duped.
Verizon supplies PSC, LFA's and PUCs with the results, its very jaded information. These entities no longer matter and have no clout as they once did.
