I have been visiting here since September 2015. I was looking on Google for AT&T Layoffs, there was like one post a week, but now I see many people here. I am curious how did you find this place and what we can do to have more folks visit the page so we can get more insights (mgmt hides everything from us anyway)

Duh...
I've got a link from a coworker who was with AT&T and switched to Verizon a year ago. They have much bigger board here, they get thousands of views every day, we are just starting here. There is a lot of information asymetry as it relates to workers and management. They know everything, they set the pace, they plan things out and we are on the receiving end - blind and clueless. On VZW site they leaked a ton of info ahead of time, before things were announced so people were somewhat prepared. I am not saying this is going to help you with anything, but at least it may give you an advanced warning. Also, for me, it helps to see that I am not the only one who is disgruntled.
I did a Google Search on the last wave of layoffs 2/3rd Qtr 2014?? And have been coming back ever since. I like to get different perspectives. This isn't the ATT i used to know and love and currently work for. its something else. I will say while some of the posts are extreme (from those who don't even work for ATT anymore), most are balanced. I appreciate the balance with all of the chaos going on. It is time for us (presently employed) to do some serious soul searching and make plans accordingly. The constant wondering about "whose next" month after month (because these layoffs ARE rolling) add a certain cost to the business too with productivity. Would love to hear more from the Chairman as he gets others to do all of the ugly heavy lifting dirty work.
The site is not what it is important, the new ATT vision is what we should be concerned about...
