We were notified of many changes coming in January 2016 that we will be discussing this week. Im in the SE I start at 7 M EST it looks empty here. I am hoping many are still on vacation. We have 4 floors. One has around 5 people left, the floor with collections has lost around 8 managers and several reps and the customer care floor looks like it was not hit as hard but still missing some. I am concerned about our jobs. Most all tech and support have either been transferred or laid off so basically only collection and cx care are left. I told my wife that depending on what we are told I will probably be looking for another job. Best of luck to us all this new year.

Our meeting was Monday. We have 30 days and then gone. No options.
I received an email and was told to not discuss the email. Today in an offsite meeting about 30 of us were given information of other jobs in other states and told to go home and wait for further information. We were also told severance would be based on service time. minimum is 2 weeks pay. Not good.
