George Simonetti -Arrested DUI http://northcarolina.arrests.org/Arrests/George_Simonetti_7336477/

During times of economic recession the bank tends to (headcount removal) turn the screws on employees and suddenly claim an employee did not meet expectations or using the subjective employee hand book rules. What happens where there is something such as a prior arrest record proven by an arrest.

What happens when the tried and true important executives get caught in the game. Does Human Resources turn its head or is HR distracted and come up with excuses to override there prior judgments.

Quoted by Human Resources:

“We don’t have discretion to grant exceptions. Once we find out someone one has a criminal history of Dishonesty or breach of trust we can no longer employ them.”

How do we Judge dishonest and breach of trust. Someone driving drunk in my neighborhood with the possibility of running over my child is dishonest with a breach of trust. As HR might twist this idea it might be only governed if it happened on Wells property? Someone who was arrested for a DUI would make me think about their ethics anywhere because they disobeyed the law and were arrested, what laws will they break next or what laws did they already break like running a child over but never caught.

I give you the man of the hour in this debate.

George Anthony Simonetti

Arrested DUI: 3/27/2010

Arrest age:47

Current Age: 53

Birthdate 6/20/1962

Below is the link to the Mugshot arrest record.

Do we have a change of heart, new excuses giving an executive a free pass in the bible belt of America?

Wells cannot be honest and simply lay people off but need to fake reasons to fire people in a right to work state but what about this real DUI?

Human Resources Quote:

“We don’t have discretion to grant exceptions. Once we find out someone one has a criminal history of Dishonesty or breach of trust we can no longer employ them.”

Do not feel bad, I assume Mr. Simoneti has falsely screwed many employees over in his past.

Multiple offender. Alcoholism. Awful temperament. Screams at his colleagues. Publicly praises few, privately criticizes many.
