Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I worked for wells for 14 yrs before being laid off.

I was very proud of my employer and was devastated with the layoff.

I had survived 3 major layoffs during the 14 yrs so when it happened to me in january 2014 I was very surprised. It turned out to be the best time to retire, which is what I did. I miss working, miss wells fargo, and miss my coworkers.

No severance package just was able to go thu them for insurance. I have to drop it due to the high price retirees have to pay for it.

Worked for Wells Fargo for 32 years I chose to retire or be fired because I could not meet the impossible sales goals.

I am so sorry for your layoff. It is tough to leave involuntarily especially after establishing relationships with your company and your coworkers. I hope you got a great severance package and that you are now planning for the future.
