I saw this article in the Verizon section of this site and wanted to share it here. Looks like we all are experiencing the rise of toxic leaders that are not only effecting our corporation but also our country. This article exemplifies the leadership style that is so prevelent within AT&T.

The article describes leaders who use bullying tactics, intimidation, don't believe in work life balance for employees. Sounds like John Donovan, AT&Ts chief strategy officer in this article. In it, he talks about pushing employees to learn to your limits, learning nonstop and accepting that a work-life balance is not always possible. This toxicity definitely starts at the top and they have no one to blame but themselves.
