Attrition is so high, turn over rate is super high for Wells Fargo tellers - they do not need layoffs, people leave on their own.
You are forced to push products on customers, and you know they get annoyed if you keep pushing it onto them. So, you kind of do what they ask you to do but the customer gets pissed - and they will write you up if you are not doing it...

It's not all that bad, the pay is OK, compared to other banks but the benefits are reall good - the benefit package includes 18 vacation days, 401k matched up to 6%)... Also, in terms of work load, it's OK, it's not that nuts like in other banks and also the customers here are little bit better than at BOFA where I worked before....
