VZ executives role model.......Bernie Madoff. How many more lives are ruined by this group before something is done?

Aya, I too like to see my workers be happy, productive, do well and succeed. Unlike my peers who giggle and snicker when they find an error that someone's made. It's a toxic environment!

Going hand in hand with that vision here is also the "cut and sell" mentality of current profit centers to fund our playtime here whilst we look for the said image, magic product etc. If we are even doing that at this point.
The leadership is balancing the company on a razor's edge at this point also . It's not sustainable. We must choose one side of the road or the other. The verizon name may survive this, but it will not be even close to the same company.
It's bad management here, talking out of both side of the mouth, so to speak.
Ultimately it's the employees that will suffer here and NO, the C class does not care. So don't expect the workers to care either. Which is why the harsh, toxic, bully ridden work environment is now so prevalent here at verizon. They know what they are doing to their workforce.
Workers should only treat this place as a paycheck. No more loyalty or even promoting the business outside of work hours.
In my personal business, I know how to treat my workers so that they do not spend half the day thinking of ways to get over on me. I want them to be happy and productive, not riddled with resentment.
I know what makes my business money. The arrogant, entitled attitudes and actions of verizon leadership is only kept alive because of the cash cow they walked in to.
No matter what they tell you.
O/P Try reading this next sentence and making sense of it, then perhaps you will have some empathy for those of us trying to decipher your scribblings?

FOni16g, when are the upcoming leadership meetings? I wished they would start the layoffs (only for the ones that want it ....ME...) .it seems to me that VZ is not going down a very solid path and I honestly do not want to be here any longer. My leadership is so unpredictable and things are being blasted down to us salespeople and they are unreasonable. They expect us to do nothing but work while they expect us to do nothing but worovide us have a very negative kmy leadership is..nothing but one whipping after another.
