This office is mainly managing vendors/subcontractors now? Not many at&t employees doing the work?

Nepotism at its best WaBa to New England. Bunch of idiots that yell and scream at major contractors and their subs! Then the Excel sheet is ticked and made green. Did my job....BV, Bechtel, Goodman, Ericsson, Al Lu now Nokia do ALL of the heavy lifting!
Construction Office? Are you referring to C&E as in Construction and Engineering. If you're referring to the latter, its basically site (cell) acquisition, leasing etc, turn up, facility, transport, etc.
