AT&T should take steps to become the #1 cell phone provider by building more cell towers across the country. Provide excellent customer service. Become bigger and better than Verizon!!!! This alone will bring your sales up tremendously!!!! AT&T, you have the potential to become everyone's cell phone provider!!!!! Build your reputation as an excellent employer and an excellent provider!

Guess what AT&T execs? AT&T's name is mud with every employee thrown overboard. I always promoted AT&T despite their poor service. After being laid off after many years of faithful top performing service, I now encourage everyone I come in contact with to switch to Verizon. Think about how many thousands of former employees are doing the same. Good luck becoming #1. Lol

I love training classes where trainers talk about and try to brainwash you into thinking AT&T gets a bad rap from media, etc. Everyone picks on AT&T. Whoa is me! I Execs are totally out of touch. Might just find AT&T in bankruptcy...

The post must have been from a cool aid drinker, knowing that at&t was never and could never ever be the #1 carrier without good management. They got a very, very long way to go. Listen to Clark Howard, he helps people to save money, and you will see what I mean. He rates at&t the customer no service company.
Just because ATT is rated last and JD power rates it low does not mean ATT is in the minds of the executives number 1
