A correction 1ieb. As you are not union, I understand how you would get things that are local-related wrong though.
Most union locals, CWA and IBEW, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, have forums like this for airing union issues.
There was a local in NYC that once created an open, anonymous forum for members concerns, but the membership naturally enough started using it as a means of airing their grievances with the local, and the local soon required a sign-up process in order to post, eliminating any protective anonymity.
Needless to say, no one ever bothered writing anything on it again, fearing repercussions, so the local's attempt at censoring and shutting down open discourse was very successful.
I assume the person at the union headquarters who believed setting up the original site was a good idea got his head handed to him by his superiors.
@1kva......Most union locals, CWA and IBEW, have forums like this for airing union issues ONLY. Go online and ask your union rep. This forum is/was developed to be ) a non-union RIF'd employees forum.
Glitch
I think the site is glitching sometimes especially if it's busy and when there are many users. I was checking last posts, there was a ton of posts today form Devon, Staples and VMware and they may be crashing - I've lost two comments so far, probably did about 50 comments overall - both were benign statements that nobody would censor for any reason, anyhow - that's my 2 cents

With all hateful name calling and prejudice on this site someone gets upset over Union talk. We need to create our union own chat room.

Well of course. The guy "who has nothing against unions" cried and cried and cried, "it's excessive." Verizon will never pass up an opportunity to bring harm, disdain,ill-will, or censorship to anything union.
It's not surprising.
I long for a time when men were men.
If we are being censored then I am outa here.
