Interesting that they are suing based on RICO. If they win (please) this would send a message, as RICO can result in prison time.
Maybe the biggest problem is that we are not showing spine to standup and fight for our rights.
People have been doing that for centuries. Wonder why we have become so passive.

I just saw an article about two Disney techs filing a suit. Same story; different company.
Lay off the long-timers, and then file for H1B workers.
The plaintiffs are striving for a class action suit. Disney plays innocent, saying they offered laid off workers new jobs for comparable pay. This will be an interesting case to keep an eye on.
Even the "magical, greatest place on earth" sucks. That makes Verizon even suckier
