It has become very apparent that the workforce 2020 program and others are all designed to condition us and 'brainwash' us into accepting losing your current job. The constant bombardment over changing your skills and making the pivot, obviously are not really designed for anyone to actually succeed. They want you to change your skills, but really do not teach you to do so; they just offer third-party education and some stupid 'badge' on your profile. If the company really cared about your pivot, they would start training their folks for free, instead of creating the illusion that your learning something.

Impossible I say. ATT would never do this to it people. everyone will be here forever. no jobs have been lost. work centers are expanding. everyone is getting a raise. Ok never mind I was talking about a different company.

You are correct! All our jobs are going to the Philippines and Malasia. It's a shame our leaders in Congress allow this nonsense!
