I was wondering how vz doesn't have a liability issue with workers RIF'ed and told to stay home. How is vz NOT liable if someone gets hurt? Always told if you were being paid and got hurt doing personal business you needed to take the day off. If someone was in traffic accident, wouldn't they be a full-time employee during their normal work hours?

workers comp applies if you were hurt "performing a duty of your job" in every state. whose whining? it was a question.

Wow! I have heard about whiniing, but this is incredible. I have been viewing this as a period of time to get my house in order, while still being able to provide good product and service to my stakeholders, till I am gone. Believe it or not, it is those stakeholders and contacts through the years, that will be your references for your next chapter.
My guess is that Fxnt will not be missed.
