What are you smoking, B2B will be a shell of itself very soon. Do not mislead talented sales people by suggesting there is short to mid term security. The clock is ticking at VZW and companies elsewhere are always looking for talented sales executives. You should start looking yourself as well. I spent 38 years in wireless industry and 15 in cellular in management so I know what I am talking about.

I managed a consistently top sales team for 7 years. I saw the handwriting on the wall 3 years ago once expectations were no longer reasonable or attainable. Within 18 months of my retirement virtually all of my reps bailed out. Do not wait for the other shoe to drop, start looking. I spent 38 years in wireless, 14 in cellular and have seen it all. Corporate stores will likely be all but gone to agents and dealers within 2 years and B2B will be a shell of itself sooner than later. Do yourself and your family a favor, retool and move on. Tough I know, but everyone of my former reps is better off. Good luck

I think the last round hit BAEs disproportionally hard and you should be just fine now. I really do not see them touching you.

You are sales so for now you are safe. Management might change bigger teams. No more 3-5 reps per manager and then an AD.
