Any truth to rumors that Lowell is looking to use H1B program to replace Union workers? Can we use H1B to replace Lowell and Fran?

I heard a rumor that lowell was going to be replaced by an H1B worker. If your around long enough anything is possible, and you'll hear just about anything.
Well, I am union and 90% of my customer (who work for OTHER carriers) are non-American and communication is nearly impossible. So I guess if they did, at least they could all understand each other, but then NO ONE will be able to accomplish a d@mn thing because they have no comprehension of how to submit orders.
