There has been surpringly little chatter on here about the organizational announcements that are supposedly coming tomorrow. I don't know about anyone else but I have major anxiety, and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's due to all the scenarios I've created in my head due to the company's game playing and lack of communication.

Our organizational announcements have been rescheduled to Friday. Presumably following Thursdays Rif. This place is ridiculous.
This is my prediction-

Wireline team- there will be a major clean up..upto 40% by 3rd quarter.

Wireless team- upto 20% cleanup.

Hiring will continue IOT and other new products. Marni will be experimenting with several ideas and there will be cuts in failed products and hiring in promising ideas.

Future successful VZ employee will be constantly morphing and moving. But luck can run out at anytime. There will not be long decades of tenues in a single company.

The key- Are you at wrong place at wrong time with wrong boss. Unfortunately most of us can solve this equation only after it was too late.

I hear Thursday (11/19) they'll be a massive layoff throughout all of the company.
