SHE is not the rain to keep.the people. Both the SHEs are need for both the ompanies- ftontier and VZ. Because both companies have to support fios products. No company will survive on a single SHE.

Fort Wayne being the secondary SHE.
Temple Terrace and Fort Wayne are the SHE's, satellite farms for FIOS they are staying with Verizon and content will be sold to Frontier.
Temple Terrace, FL has the primary super head end for all FIOS in the US. I doubt they will close it.
There are significant buildings/labs/Data centers in fla and TX that support wireline that will not be sold. Having said that, I would be surprised if in a few years that those facilities were not shut down. Getting picked up on the wireless side needing a facility would be the ideal long term solution. The writing appears to be on the wall, fringe locations outside the footprint will be difficult to justify.

Building is not part of sale. It supports beyond Tampa and most there do not support Tampa. Learn what is there before posting an informed post. Not everyone in FL, TX, and CA is part of sale. Global folks in all three States. Also we keep Lake Mary and offices in south Fl which is where Terremark is located in US
Temple Terrace building has lot of IT, Command Center, Data Center staff along with operations centers.
The building, yes. The employees, no. Why would they need a staff of wireline employees to support the Tampa area when they won't be the wireline provider?
