Some supervisors of the CBO teams are eliminated today as well. And now we are part of the B2B sales organization rather than operations. Half of our total team was cut. Good luck!
I was impacted 2 weeks ago from another sales support role. .. CBO is Coordinator business operations.... Formerly known as BSA's - hard working much needed team that supports sales with multiple functions. again they are cutting the wrong folks. A CBO doesn't need a Supervisor, Manager, AD and Director above them. These are seasoned, independent workers. I came from a similar structure and had no problem working /reporting directly to an AD or Director. Such a shame to see the workers getting cut and the red tape time suckered remain.... And to rule over Who two employees??? What other companies have supervisors and managers over 2-3 people?

I am an impacted CBO. It was company wide cut teams way down. Not sure the full impact. Same dates as the people let go before and can apply internally.
