Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

I am a millennial.

I am very fortunate to be a Millennial. I get special treatment from the marketing folks as if I came from another planet. Somehow they knew that I.am a spoiled brat out there with no common sense and be an easy pry to their marketing tricks. My dad gave me his used car but I am unhappy that it does not have any telematics device. And my mom pays for my food. My dad lets me use his used Iphone 4 and 1st generation Ipad. I am very thankful to him. In his free time, he shows me all the tricks that you can do with these devices. I am grateful to be a Millennial. A friend mine told.me there is special app for Millennials designed by VZ. I will ask my dad to download it on cool gadgets. A question for you? Does it allow.me to.search for a cool job at VZ? My mom told me I should find a Job in the near future. She has been seriously telling me about job for the last 8 years. Poor mom- she does not understand; If I am capable of finding work then why do these marketing folks call.me a Millennial?

So who raised these millenials again? Who is it that lets them live at their house until they're 35? Sounds like you older folks are causing the problem. Also, thanks for the social security mess.

News this week- millennials are living with parents I'm re order number in the last 60 years. Reasons given 1. More millennials are college educated and in debt 2. More of the younger generation is choosing to get married late 3. Multi ethnic and multi racial society 4. Society is more accepting this trend 5. Parents are happy to have their grown up kids around.

Exactly, 198438. You boomers need to open your eyes and see that - it's your "own group" that's doing this and making these decisions (and mind you, the group that raised millenials...so take a look in the mirror if you don't like the way they turned out) but if blaming millenials for all of your troubles is what makes you feel better, that's your problem.

Just to be clear it isn't Millenials who are making the decisions to lay people off. You can thank a bunch of middle-aged, white executives for that.
