I worked from home before being RIFd and used to tell my wife if an Indian guy phones up ask his name. If it's Dave, Peter or Jack hang up as it's cold calling, if it's Pradeep or Guru then they're my team and put them through.

It could be Dallas. It could be American Citizen. Dallas has lot of immigrants of.which some of them are naturalized. Name being Bob- it could be an alias or certain religions are very active in conversation in Asia.
Dallas MCO tech said he did see any in his office but they do have access/calls get routed to India, I hang up and call back until I get someone that speaks English.
Does this mean that they are lying and are not in Dallas, or that they are in Dallas, but are the H1B workers that people are complaining about?

One lands a job in management and hires all of his friends, which of course are also Indian. Unfortunately it's not only the customers who are fed up and call back until they get a native English speaker but also employees are having a difficult time and dread having to get on a call and work with them.
