When will be the next round after Nov 19th? People say there will be a bigger round early next year that target band 7 and below. Any one?

Shankar has so much functional redundancy after CMB and wireless consolidation under him. Radhika and Ajay orgs do not have much work for the past 1 year, given that most of the major business cases have been withdrawn at the beginning of the year.
Any specific organization?
VP levels have occurred already....vaguely disguised as "retiring"
There have definitely been Director layoffs in the Shankar organization.

No VP level or Dir level layoffs in Ajay's org yet but I know of EX. Dir and Associate Dir are receiving demotions due to the new band classifications.
