So there are roughly 20 permanent fios tech jobs in Philadelphia on the internal job search. The company has already asked for volunteers for these areas and forced technician to these areas. Our term employees are not allowed to apply for any of these positions.

Term empoyees are only allowed to apply if a req goes external.... The company will never post a permanent tech job external... It's a joke....dangling that carrot again.. But just can't get to it.
They forced relocated me to pittsburgh from philly in 09. Now laid me off with option to reloc(with no assistance) to philly report following monday. WHAT A DEAL!!!! do it to me once not gonna fall for it again
Why not ? I've seen people who get impacted getting other internal jobs in the past.
