Is it really supposed to be two weeks for every year? My severance paperwork says 35 weeks instead of 40. Am I the only one with issue?

The Severance Document is posted on Your Benefits Resources. HR makes lots of errors in paperwork, check with HR.

There is a cap at i believe 17 years...always been a cap this is not new.
