This site is operate and monitor by Verizon itself , because if not than what happen to “open letter to CEO”, Verizon wants to know what all these laid off employees has to say about the company, and take out the genuine complains and try to implement within the existing work force, here is the tip for Verizon to implement across the board, “ Get rid of those lazy directors, managers and supervisor” who have nothing better to do but to play favorites and play politics and bully genuine hard working employee who is doing honest work

This board is based out of Germany and they do appear to be pro H1B. You'll notice the lack of new threads, gets stagnant for while, but post a negative H1B thread and you'll see another bogus one, sometimes copied and pasted from a comment a couple threads down, stacked right on top of the negative H1B comments.

I know for sure that my VP knows about this site. Execs are shitting their paints as now they know that information travels super fast and that thousands of views are generated in minutes. Times when they were able to keep us in dark are long gone. Every single move they made this time around was leaked here days or weeks before they executed, just go back in time and track posts, this site flared up 45 ago, well ahead of the cuts. There was a poster who outlined exactly (to a t) what will be said on the call (region consolidation, etc.) - he did that 48 hours before the call. There is a ton of junk here (most is junk) but at the same time there are many posts that are very valuable, that help you understand how people in different groups and geographies think. It's all up to you how you might use this site - if you have patience and if you are able to separate junk from useful post this site is for you. If you want quick and clean summaries of things, solid opinion and straightforward use, you might want to try to find that somewhere else (I'd recommend an option here but I am not aware of any)
Definite moles on here. Heard one running to second level to tell her about this site earlier this week. And she's a union emp, though you wouldnt know that given how far she's shoved her nose up every supv a$$. It's sad and pathetic to see people like her at work because the company cares as little about her as they do everyone else.
