VZW does business in a reactionary way, not cutting edge and innovative. Now that Diego...hip and kool with is tee-shirt attitude... is at the helm they are trying to be the company that every other company wants to be...but its too late, you have already shown yourself to be a classic business centric company and not cutting edge and proactive...not hip and cool...I don't know if you can rebrand and change peoples perception...atleast not with that confusing Logo? BTW Jcrew has been losing money for years and they went from classic to uber trendy....what did that get them????

Behind the times!!!! HUB was a great turd.....er.....product that lasted weeks. And Go90 is bound to be a hit in Central America somewhere. Oh and lets not forget HUM......wow, that's going to be bigger than OfStar, the Yugo telematics service!!! We're on a roll baby!!!

Verizon "leaders" are a bunch of sheep unable to stand up to the almighty Regional Director an Regional President, in turn they vent their frustration with Store management, not unusual to be call to a meeting and being publicly humiliated in front of your peers. Then to add insult to the injurie the regional president will stop by your store and find all kinds of fault in the way the store is being run, not once did one of this "leadership" visits were good, just a warp culture, the company is run by a bunch of jerks with chips on their shoulders. After 14 years I finally dump them.

VZ C-later thinks that if they hire from Silicon Valley then they will look like Google or Apple. The problem is not geology of the place. They have the leadership that is fundamentally out of touch with customer, and communications business. If you take this leadership and put them in charge of Apple then Apple will transform into an old NYNEX company with enough red tape that will look like a dinosaur.
