Exactly what the did to wireline side a few years back. Cuts and change pay grade levels of many that were left.

I do not have any info on this, but given the pace of things and the breath of the change, I would not be surprised. They are aggressively managing the bottom line and they are anticipating significant headwinds next year - I'd say they would go for it and will start demoting as early as Q1 2016 - again, I am just speculating here, it's my gut feeling and I've been wrong many times before
