Wrongful Discrimination- Class Action Lawsuit

If you feel that age and years of service have impacted your job at Verizon, I recommend going to this web-site and filing a complaint. Also would like to hear from people that think a Class Action Lawsuit is in order here.

It can be done...I don't see why, if anyone stand up for it, I will be the first one to sign

I'm sure Verizon's HR staff and company lawyers are very skilled in selecting the RIF candidates. This is by no means their first rodeo; they are old, seasoned hands at this activity.

Good luck with the class action lawsuit. Verizon has had a lot of practice downsizing. HR has learned many lessons, while downsizing the wireline business unit, that have served them well. It's probably best to just take your severance and move on. Sorry to be blunt but it's just the way it is.

I just do not think things like this were happening. Sorry.
