The umemployment rate is down, and companies are hiring. I've seen rifs on wireline when the economy was in the shitter. I think a lot of people commenting here are from the wireless side, and this is coming as a shock to them.
But I've also seen how they've wasted money and resources for years. It didn't matter back when the market is growing, but just like any mature business, it's time to be rightsized.
I recall when wireline could not go to wireless, had to leave wireline and then come back to wireless after several months. That was only 5 years back.
Copper guys coming to wireless because they know Lan line is dead.
