What makes it most difficult, is that there are employees with decades of loyalty. Unfortunately, the company had no loyalty toward those employees.

Rather spend money on a new red √ rather than on employees that have put in YEARS of work! It is really sad. There were lay offs at my center at the start of the year. They made the call to those getting the axe while our center was closed for snow! Realign my ass, fresh new look my ass.... This is cutting people off at the knees. The rumor mill is saying there will be more the beginning of 2016! Time to start looking elsewhere because clearly those doing are the ones getting fired! I hope the heads rested well last night!
