Ongoing lack of vision and planning

20+ year employee impacted here. The leadership failure here isn't what occurred yesterday. It was the lack of vision that led to the overstaffing that was a 'roadblock' to our future success. It wasn't a 1 day leadership failure. It was an ongoing lack of vision and planning.

Maybe it wasn't a leadership problem at your location, but it sure was at mine! At least Verizon was smart enough to lay off the directors who caused so much of the leadership failure. Unfortunately, good, competent workers under them were laid off because of the failed leadership of these directors
