Is it safe to use Verizon phone or computer? I am on my wife's phone (WIF) - not sure what is safe

Nobody internally cares about this site. I am in the security group and unless you do something stupid (e.g., a threat to a person or property) nothing will ever happen. With this being said, people tend to be paranoid, if you are one of those, go figure how to protect yourself. Finally, if you are on Tor for privacy protection, everything gets tunneled via Tor network and nobody including us can figure out where the traffic going. I hope this helps.
And if you get a severance package, do not use Verizon services to discuss anything until the package end date.
If you are using a Verizon owned (not concession ) device ,or are on the VZ network - at work - Then know that EVERYTHING you do can be tracked.

The IT guys that are tracking you probably got a package also and don't really care what you do..
Unless you looking at this from within the vz network you are safe.
Personal consumer devices even on vzw is safe..
Don't risk using your concession mobile phones, laptops or anything that's vz property. All of it is tracked
