Employment Attorney in Irvine, CA

Hello All - would someone be able to recommend a good employment attorney here in Irvine, CA or in Orange County. I am not going to go into details here as I am affraid that I may jeopardize my claim but I strongly believe that my termination was not handled properly and that from the legal stand point I have a very good chance of protecing my rights. Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

I would think that before you got notified VZs legal team along with HR not only approved it but determined reason and offer details. Good luck!!!

If you are not careful, they will hit you with a countersuit immediately - make sure you consider that angle too

They settle stuff like this all the time - you'll get your shut up money. If you litigate you'll lose but they know it's going to cost them 250K+ just to start a litigation process, so they will offer you something immediately. I am a spouse but I used to work for a Fortune 500 HR, we settled every single wrongful termination case we had. As Anonymous187435 suggested, go and call an attorney, whoever you talk with will probably tell you the same thing - I think you have a pretty good chance of someone taking your case on a contingency basis. Good luck.

I can't imagine how you feel right not, sorry this happened, but call one, any one and get a reality check. They don't take contingent cases unless it is a slam dunk; suing a company with deep pockets is never ever a slam dunk. That means you are going to need to pony up around $20K to get started, then most likely blow through $150K before you decide to throw in the towel. Don't take my word, call one and find out yourself.

Are you a victim of wrongful termination, discrimination or retaliation? If yes, Perry Smith, ESQ. He's in Irvine call (800) 977-9834... He's on Jamboree and Barranca...
