1) All area jobs will be eliminated
2) Overalp of finance, operations, marketing etc. will consolidate to HQ
3) Wireless will close 1/2 of store locations
4) Reduction in call centers by 1/2
5) Reduction in 8k management positions
6) Early retirement offers for Union Workers
7) Workforce will be reduced by 20% and eventually 50%
8) All B2B will be moved to VES & Wireless employees eliminated
9) Wireless SMB will move to retail or call centers
10) All executive leadership will see an immediate increase in pay by 3-5 million dollars
11) Company vehicles will be eliminated
12) Real Estate will be sold that is no longer needed
Restructuring 4 areas and 22 regions into 0 areas and only 6 regions. Seems like a huge number of layoffs likely.
What does that mean?
