I got my notice yesterday. wireless is going to 6 markets rather than 4 areas consisting of 5 or six regions each. Expectation is about 8000 or so layoffs enterprise wide.

Package usually includes accrued short-term incentive for the year to all, and accrued long-term incentives for director and above.
Max package is 35 pay checks. Assuming two week pay checks.
years ago they told me they maxed severance at 12 years....anyone know if the packages are better...I got 28 ...all I want at this point is healthcare and that was going to be 18000 a year...
