YES ITS TRUE, the unions afraid the memberships going to find out about the deal made with the company, they have no choice now and the company is pissed off that the unions not holding up their end of the bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why on earth would we walk if we are getting paid and still have contract protections? Yes we still have a contract folks, else there would be no EIPP offers and they just keep coming. I don't care if they negotiate for 5 years, and neither do a lot of other union members I know.
If this happens, it is the smartest move I've seen this union make so far.
MjsAi-seb it is really not your call, it is the union members call, and it sounds like the company and the union are not close on any points, according to the union and the company. Unfortunately for the company, the union workers have also had since the summer to conserve their money in advance of any strike. They also have in their favor that many older workers with experience will be off the payroll at the end of the year. So it looks like it is not so much "nope, nope, nope", but rather time will tell.

Please, there isn't going to be a strike! It would have been done by now! Why wait until the 28th? The union just keeps threatening in the hopes the company will give in. I've heard so many rumors of dates of strikes and it never happened.. So just STOP!
