Spoke the truth about layoffs in CT. How seniority personnel lost job, earned bonuses, insurance. Bonuses only paid if you are employee on 12/31. So they lay off the people that helped them build and let them go, kept the new employees. All this in early and mid December and to the people they assured were SAFE. I hope they publish the bonuses the higher ups get on the backs of those they let go.

You are good posting here on layoffs-com as long as you do not mention names and threaten people. I also noticed that if there is hint of 'racism' or 'intolerance' in a post those disappear as well - i've posted at least 20 times and I had one post removed as I was referring to my director, you know what, f--- it, I do not care
This is a very curious board. Makes me wonder if it is being managed out of basking ridge.

You won't see it published anywhere. Suffice it to say, that there are bonus points for VPs and above who hire or promote any "protected classes", as much as $6,000/head per year. Sick.
Just drink the koolaid. Still wonder if anyone reached across the table when being told their job had been eliminated and knowing damn good and well it was due to being to high of pay compared to the foreign workers. It was all I could do when being lied to and having my life turned upside down. Ethics are complete BS when verizon is involved. Code of conduct and all that was just complete BS and they know it!
