What will they do when they can't hire anyone else? Well, I'm sure they'll be plenty of RIF'd AK'ers that will be happy to go back and re-establish the status quo .... as a contractor .... for less $$$ .... and no benefits.
That place is so bad it's not even funny, so much office politics, etc.
