and sadly for those people with lots of time ....they are changing the severance to one week for every year and not giving medical benefits ....best advice - pay off your bills and save money!
We did the same thing when we were AirTouch. Had "agent" stores like Radio Shack etc.
The cell phone & cell phone service market has reached saturation. The day of the retail store, run exclusively by the carriers themselves, is over. Today that business model stands on shaky knees. In 2016 vz will push it over where it will land on its face in the dirt Increasingly, cell phones & service will be Intergrated into the Amazons and the Walmart's, which, I the case of Walmart, will offer significantly higher foot traffic at much lower cost to the company.
You say 500, I also saw on here 20%. Any idea which has the most credability?
From reliable resources, the plan is to close 500 retail stores across the nation with the lowest generated revenue in first quarter 2016. We thought 2015 was bad- it is only going to get worse in 2016
